Car Doc on the Island was an absolute Godsend. My young son and I were on vacation in Florida, visiting from the northeast. We had a very unexpected and close call on the highway, and long story short the tow truck brought us to a shop where he said “they will take good care of you”… instead, they took excellent care of us. I appreciated the assurance and empathy on the other end of the phone by both Desiree and Stacy — very professional women with a ton of heart. They obviously work with a wonderful crew, and I also appreciated the thorough receipts of all work that was done; not only did I know exactly what I was paying for, but I could bring my mechanic, back home, up to speed on the condition of my car in perfect terminology. Lastly, I was extra pleased to hear about the warranty on their work, and the “sort of mini AAA policy” that came with the work done. My son and I are feeling very safe traveling home. I went in for what I thought would be a quick fix but it was more complicated and the service staff diagnosed it for me and went beyond what I expected to find and remedy it at that appointment. SUPERIOR SERVICE. I am so happy to have such a company like Car Doc on the Island available.
